Just to let you know that I’m so glad my friend Ed put me onto Locktech IT because I was delighted with your service.  I’ve had several other IT guys work on my computer before here in Western Australia, none of which came even close to the professionalism and commitment you showed me.  Thanks for the two follow-up calls after our transaction, they were much appreciated  Being a mere home computer buff I’m grateful for your patience in dealing with a novice like me.  Last but not least, thank you for charging a more than reasonable fee for your services.  Best wishes for the new year Brett, and I’ll be in touch in the months ahead with some other fine tuning still want to do.
